I come close to the company’s engine room and I act at ease in the customers’ companies. The greatest benefit comes from mutual trust and confidentially.
It provides high brand awareness, quick execution of tasks and fewer errors, while I am still "on the edge" and see things that the "insider" does not perceive.
In apprenticeship as CEO
My comprehensive approach to the role as counsellor derives from very different experiences and studies.
I was appointed CEO for the first time at 25 years old through my network. It was a great learning to tackle 120 owners, a board of directors and eight employees.
